Designs - Sarees - Current Status as of November 8th, 2014

My motivation is renewed today with the news that the first design that we worked on with Bedi (our saree manufacturer in Bhopal) generated some interest with the customers that flocked to her outlet. Not that it was on sale, but we just had it draped on her mannequin for Dushyant to send me pictures.
It feels exciting, honestly, with some women expressing their appreciation already! :) My thoughts: I needed this design to be way better in terms of color as well as embroidery. This is a little dull for my choice.

That brings us back to the understanding where we are with the designs right now. Status and thoughts as of today November 8, 2014:

1.  I have roughly 20 designs that are in a more organized manner right now.
2. Honestly, when I look at my designs from past, I am not getting the spark I need from them.
3. I need to have a renewed Wave (set of designs that may be collected together based on time or theme) with fresher, more attractive designs.

So, beginning today, I am starting a new wave of designs for sarees with a connective theme and more emphasis on color and design, fresher appeal and worth a whole lot of customer money.

Adios!
